The Social Collectives operates business networking groups and hosts events designed to help professionals connect, collaborate and grow. Our website enables event registration, account management, email and SMS communication preferences and access to information about our groups and events.

To access certain features of our website, such as managing your communication preferences or viewing your registration history, you may create an account using your email address. We use email-based verification codes to authenticate your identity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Event Registration & Payments

Event tickets may be purchased through our website. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

All sales are final. Ticket purchases are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued.

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all events. The Social Collectives reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

The Social Collectives offers an SMS messaging program to keep members informed about upcoming events and networking opportunities. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from The Social Collectives, including automated event reminders and occasional announcements.

Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox during event registration on our website, or by enabling SMS notifications in your account settings at /account/subscriptions. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or registration.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies depending on event schedules and announcements. You may receive up to approximately 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. You may also disable SMS notifications in your account settings.
